How do I unlock the full game?
Tap the unlock button on the level select screen to purchase the full game. This is a one-time purchase that unlocks all levels permanently.

I purchased the full game but it’s not unlocked. What do I do?
Go to the level select screen and tap “Restore Purchases.” If the issue persists, contact us at support@rockvingames.com with your Apple ID and we’ll resolve it promptly.

The game crashes or won’t load. What should I do?
Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue continues, restart your device. Make sure your iOS is up to date. If the problem persists, contact us with your device model and iOS version.

Will my progress be saved if I delete and reinstall the game?
Game progress is saved locally on your device. Deleting the app will reset your progress. We recommend completing levels before uninstalling.

I was charged but didn’t receive the unlock. What do I do?
