This Privacy Policy explains how ROCKVINE GAMES – FZCO (“RockVine Games”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information across our website rockvinegames.com, our games, and our social media and advertising activities. Each of our games also has its own privacy policy covering in-game data (linked at the end).

1. Who we are

2. Scope

This policy covers: (a) our website; (b) our official social media pages and accounts (including Facebook and Instagram); and (c) our marketing and advertising campaigns run on third-party platforms such as Meta and Google. In-game data collection is described in each game’s dedicated privacy policy. It does not apply to third-party services that have their own policies (see Section 6).

3. Information we collect

Website & analytics. When you visit our site we may collect standard technical data (IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed) via cookies and analytics tools to understand traffic and improve the site.

Social interactions. If you follow, message, comment on, or otherwise engage with our social media pages, the platform provides us with the information you make available (such as your public profile and the content of your interaction).

Advertising & measurement. When we advertise our games on platforms like Meta and Google, those platforms process data on our behalf to deliver and measure ads. This may include device identifiers, cookies, and aggregated performance data. We receive reporting and audience insights, generally in aggregated or de-identified form.

Enquiries. If you contact us (e.g. by email), we collect the details you provide to respond.

4. How we use information

To operate and improve our website; to run, target, and measure advertising for our games; to respond to your enquiries and support requests; to maintain the security of our services; and to comply with legal obligations.

5. Advertising choices

Our ads on Meta and Google use those platforms’ tools for targeting and measurement. You can control ad personalisation through your Meta ad preferences, your Google ad settings, and your device’s advertising ID controls (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; Android: Settings > Google > Ads).

6. Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers who process data under their own privacy policies, including: Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram, advertising) — policy; Google (Google Play, Google Ads, Analytics, AdMob) — policy; and Apple (App Store) — policy. Our website is hosted on our own managed infrastructure.

7. Children

Our website and social pages are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Age ratings for individual games are shown on their store listings (for example, Poker Siege is rated PEGI 18). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing including direct marketing. To exercise any right, email support@rockvinegames.com.

9. International transfers, retention & security

We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
